Privacy Policy
GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL is committed to protect the rights and privacy of participants in our leadership and executive assessment and development programs and other services. GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL will not sell, lease, or rent personal data to any third party.
GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL provides simulation-based leadership and executive assessment and development services to our clients. Providing such services requires that we periodically gather research data ("Research Data") on organizations and employees. We use the Research Data for internal analyses of our products and services and occasionally publish results of such analyses in public outlets. The Research Data about organizations and individual employees who participate in our assessment and development programs are stored in our electronic databases and may become part of published research studies. We adhere, in part, to the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct when handling Research Data.
Our policies regarding Research Data consist of the following:
- Research Data (e.g., e-SimulatorTM competency scores) about an individual are shared with and explained to that person.
- Research Data about an individual is considered confidential by GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL. Feedback to individuals is provided only by trained personnel and only authorized personnel have access to Research Data. Once reports have been delivered to participants or third party facilitators, these materials are no longer within the control of GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL.
- GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL may publish Research Data in research reports, thought papers, conference presentations, or other public outlets. Individuals are never identified in these reports; we only report group-level trends. Specific organizations are identified only with prior approval from that organization.
- Research Data are stored in our electronic databases. Access to these databases is strictly confined to authorized personnel.
- Research Data may be used for internal analyses or other business purposes by GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL or its partners and affiliates.
- Research Data may be disclosed to third party contractors employed by GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL who agree to our confidentiality requirements.
- In the event of an asset sale, merger, consolidation, restructuring, reorganization, liquidation or other similar transaction involving GLOBAL ASSESSOR POOL, we may transfer some or all Research Data to the successor company.
- We may disclose Research Data when we believe such disclosure is required by law or for the protection of persons or property.
